Description
Substance use disorders are treatable diseases that can significantly impact the workplace if left unaddressed. In Managing Addiction in the Workplace, participants will explore how to recognize signs of addiction, respond appropriately, and build a supportive, recovery-informed work environment.
This session empowers employers and managers with practical tools to assist employees struggling with addiction, ensuring they feel supported rather than stigmatized. Attendees will also learn how to craft and implement an effective, compassionate workplace policy that promotes recovery, resilience, and organizational health.
